I've FINALLY found the machine to recycle my bottles! In the Faroes you pay a little extra for fizzy drinks, but get the money back when you take the bottles back. Annoyingly I hadn't been able to find the machine for ages - but today I did. And we're not talking pennies - I made £15 today!

You neglect to mention that £15 won't get you very far in the Faroe Islands... maybe a bottle of coke and a biscuit. If you're lucky.
(I've kinda made it sound like I've been there and am writing from experience. When actually, I'm just a fantastic listener...)
