British Summer Time - this sunny photo was taken at 7pm. Had a bit of a panic with this one because my phone said the file had been corrupted, and I was like 'No, that means I'll have no photo for March 31st 2008!' But then it wasn't corrupted anymore and here it is.

Our Nanna usually comes to us for Sunday lunch but she went somewhere else today... So Paul found a replacement (who spoke slightly less) ;)

Post-concert Birthday Meal (for Anna) - and my first time in a tapas restaurant (I'm the one behind the camera).

Friday, March 28, 2008

'The Southenders' - our team at the quiz night at Hadleigh Temple Salvation Army. We was robbed (more about that to follow).

I went into my favourite bookshop in the world and look what was on the shelf!

Wednesday, March 26, 2008

It's arrived! The book I wrote a chapter of is here!

Newton, after William Blake by Eduardo Paolozzi outside the British Library (the same guy who, if Wikipedia is to be believed, and it often isn't, did the mosaics on the walls of Tottenham Court Road tube station. So there you go!).

Every now and again, a lazy day is OK.

Sunday, March 23, 2008

Easter Sunday.

Saturday, March 22, 2008

The Easter Eggs for the children in the youth band at The Salvation Army. Aren't I a nice bandleader?

It really annoys me when people speak about 'dumbing down' at British universities.

Oh, and here's a picture of the bouncy castle at UCL:

Now, obviously I don't agree with vandalism, but I did find this pretty funny:

Monday, March 17, 2008

Apparently they were doing a Girls Aloud video shoot just by my university. I don't think the Girls had arrived yet (well I didn't see them), but I did see a lady with lots of flashy food and these two film buses.

Sunday, March 16, 2008

As I mentioned a couple of days ago, we've been decorating one of our rooms, meaning that all the pictures had to come down. My brother took this opportunity to make some modern art, using an old gardening cushion, some scissors and a hanger. What does it mean?

Saturday, March 15, 2008

Hendon Highlights (Salvation Army concert at Cadogan Hall, London), featuring the Salvation Army Band from Hendon and a Salvationist choir from Boscombe, Bournemouth. And it was fantastic (I'd never been before).

Friday, March 14, 2008

With my new radio-controlled clock I'll never be late for anything! (I don't have a fantastic track record in this area).

Wednesday, March 12, 2008

You are my nemesis, Góðir Íslendingar, but one day I will finish you.

Tuesday, March 11, 2008

We're currently redecorating. The whole house smells of this (even though we're just doing one room), and I hate it! (the smell - the room's looking nice!)

On which John had a Very Good Idea.

Wednesday, March 5, 2008

This is the automatic air-freshener at Fenchurch which suddenly showered me as I walked past, meaning I smelled like flowers for a good long while today.

Tuesday, March 4, 2008

Edinburgh rock, anyone?

Monday, March 3, 2008

So this is what the Undergound would look like if I was the only person in London...

Sunday, March 2, 2008

I have no idea what this is or what it's called. It's all I managed to catch of Newcastle (upon-Tyne) as we passed through on the train.

Saturday, March 1, 2008

The Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh.
